What's included: One self-adhesive foam strip. Install notes:

• Clean and dry the mounting surface before applying for best adhesion.
• Trim to length with scissors or a utility knife; press firmly to set adhesive.
• Avoid stretching the foam while applying; allow adhesive to set 24 hours for full bond.
• If near electrical components, disconnect power before working and avoid covering vents.
