Description

The Dryer Fuse is an OEM part for GE dryers. This part is designed to protect your dryer from overheating by breaking the circuit if the temperature inside the dryer exceeds safe levels.  

Causes of a bad Dryer Fuse can include lint buildup, restricted airflow, or overloading the dryer.  

Symptoms of a bad Dryer Fuse include:

  • The dryer not starting or running
  • The dryer stopping mid-cycle
  • No heat during the drying cycle
  • The dryer overheating
