I ordered the heater unit from your website as well as a new evaporator panel gasket and thermostat. Once I removed the evaporator panel from the rear wall of the freezer side, I used a steamer machine I had to melt all the ice which had accumulated, I replaced the faulty heater unit and all is well. By-the-way, I consider your website amongst the very best and easy to use.
