William K Andover , MN April 16, 2014 Appliance: Bosch GE010-010 Our water softener was regenerating but wasn't putting out soft water Upon inspection, we found that the gasket had deteriorated over the years and therefore, we were not getting a good seal and losing suction for the water movement in the brine tank. If we would have known the repair was this easy we would have done this MONTHS ago. We were afraid we needed to call a repairman.
