James J Spotsylvania , VA June 09, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Gas Range JGP645BEX1BB One of my filter screens fell into the bottom of the vent causing it to jam and gear motor must have lost a few teeth Took the unit apart under the stove, removed the screen, checked the operation after removal and it continued to slip when going up and drop suddenly. Gear motor had to be the culprit. Searched the internet for part and best price. Decided on your offer and purchased. Installed the new gear motor and all is working fine now. Read More...
