Description

This broiler pan grid is the oven rack insert that holds food above the broil pan to promote even browning and let drippings fall away. It restores broiling performance for ovens using a two-piece broil pan set. What it does:

• Supports meats and vegetables during broiling so heat circulates around food for better sear and browning
• Allows drippings to fall into the lower broil pan to reduce smoke and flare-ups
• Replaces a missing, warped, or damaged grid that can cause uneven cooking or food slipping through
• Fits into the matching broil pan to restore original broiling configuration
