Diane E Henrico , VA August 20, 2016 Appliance: Model GE SPACE SAVER MICROWAVE Broken circular wheeled microwave dish support wheel off Ordered new plastic wheeled ring. It was supposed to arrive in 3 days. It arrived in 18 hours. Web site was set up so I could easily match my model number with the part needed and get the right size. There are several different size rings but I needed the correct measurement. ll I had to do was take out the old part and set the new one in the bottom of the microwave. Plate is turning fine now. Stephen S Winchester , MA February 09, 2016 Once of the plastic wheels on my guide roller assembly calme loose causing the plate to jam on occasion Replacing the wheel manually did not work well as it would soon fall off again. With the proper tools and work space I may have been able to do a better repair job. Instead I ordered a replacement assembly.
