Replaced guide roller assembly

I went online and researched what part was needed and found AppliancePartsPros had the part and for the cheapest price. What I really liked was that the website stated that if I placed the order by a certain time I think it was 5 or 6 p.m. that the part would ship that day. WOW they were right. I placed the order in the afternoon and in less than 24 hours I had the part delivered to my front door. WHAT SERVICE!!!!. I had the part opened the box and placed the part in my microwave. Job completed.

I ordered the wrong ring first, sent it back, and ordered the correct part. Once it came, I simply replaced the old one in the bottom of my microwave, placed the glass plate on top, and everything was great. There was really no repair necessary on my part.

I ordered a new one being sure that it was the one to fit my particular microwave as the mfg. part number is the same for various models. It is helpful that Appliance Paerts has a cross reference to make sure the right part is in stock for the right model. Item was in stock, deivery was fast, and my mirowave is fully operational.

Ordered the part from Appliance Pros and received it within a couple of days. Removed the old support and put in the new one. Works perfectly. Best part - it cost half of what it would have if I had ordered it from GE. Thanks Appliance Pros!
