Replaced guide roller assembly

I went online and researched what part was needed and found AppliancePartsPros had the part and for the cheapest price. What I really liked was that the website stated that if I placed the order by a certain time I think it was 5 or 6 p.m. that the part would ship that day. WOW they were right. I placed the order in the afternoon and in less than 24 hours I had the part delivered to my front door. WHAT SERVICE!!!!. I had the part opened the box and placed the part in my microwave. Job completed.

Found a replacement for the microwave carousel support. Was relieved I didn't have to buy a new microwave . The microwave is less than 4 years old. However, if it was much older I would have replaced the microwave all together.

GE lists two parts with different numbers, Parts Pro's site illustrates two different parts with two different diameters. (The grid illustration is extremely helpful.)Chatted online with Paul from parts pro, determined which part would work and ordered it. Was a bit apprehensive about paying $7+ for shipping, but it was still a good bit cheaper than anywhere else, and in stock. Was shocked when it was delivered the very next afternoon; if I need any GE parts in the future, I'll definitely look here first. Installation involved pulling out the glass carousel plate, placing the guide roller assembly in the microwave floor, replacing the plate. Takes longer to type the procedure than to do it. I'm very satisfied with AppliancePartsPro in all respects. This is a first rate company.

I ordered the wrong ring first, sent it back, and ordered the correct part. Once it came, I simply replaced the old one in the bottom of my microwave, placed the glass plate on top, and everything was great. There was really no repair necessary on my part.
