Charlotte D Athens , WV November 22, 2016 The roller ring had a broken wheel I ordered the wrong ring first, sent it back, and ordered the correct part. Once it came, I simply replaced the old one in the bottom of my microwave, placed the glass plate on top, and everything was great. There was really no repair necessary on my part. Read More...
