Scott K Danville , IL January 30, 2016 Appliance: General Electric General Electric WES1130DM2WW Wheel fell off the original guide roller assembly GE lists two parts with different numbers, Parts Pro's site illustrates two different parts with two different diameters. (The grid illustration is extremely helpful.)Chatted online with Paul from parts pro, determined which part would work and ordered it. Was a bit apprehensive about paying $7+ for shipping, but it was still a good bit cheaper than anywhere else, and in stock. Was shocked when it was delivered the very next afternoon; if I need any GE parts in the future, I'll definitely look here first. Installation involved pulling out the glass carousel plate, placing the guide roller assembly in the microwave floor, replacing the plate. Takes longer to type the procedure than to do it. Once it came, I simply replaced the old one in the bottom of my microwave, placed the glass plate on top, and everything was great. There was really no repair necessary on my part. Read More...
