Christopher S Carmel , NY March 22, 2015 Appliance: General Electric Electric Range JBP78BB4BB The 18 year old stove handle was broken I have used you guys in the past for my dishwasher. Perfect part and fast shipping everytime. Also I returned the incorrect part in the past without any trouble at all. Opened the electric range door, used a T-20 bit in a screw driver holder, two screws out. Then took the other two 1/4 head bolts out that held the broken handle in place. I did not put them back because they were not holding the old style handle. Mounted the new handle with the T-20 screws and perfect fit. Holds like original. Tight! Thaks for being there. Will use you in the future. Read More... 3 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers

I am mechanically challenged if anything involves using tools, so my husband helped me, and the handle is sturdier than it ever was with the original part.
