Henry S North Myrtle Beach , SC June 27, 2017 Cracked vegetable pan, handle knobs that hold it onto the pan were also broken off Ordered new pan and handle. First shipment arrived damaged - I refused delivery. This actually caused the guys at AppliancePartsPro extra work, as they now had to locate the return and do the credits, etc. Not that they told me that, I deduced it from their comments, but they were very professional, no issue whatsoever, took care of it as if it were a matter of course. Then the replacement part arrived cracked. I accepted delivery on this one, and called them. Send pictures at their request. Once again, no problem. They forwarded a third pan, which has just now arrived unscathed. Neither of the first two pans were AppliancePartsPros fault - I happened to have a look inside the delivery truck and saw boxes scattered shelter-skelter rather than stacked neatly- clearly a shipper issue. I am very appreciative of the customer support team for staying with me till we got a good one. Very professional, personable, and helpful personnel. Very fast delivery all 3 times.
