She said to look at youtube videos on how to replace the handle. AppliancePartsPros had a video about it, and when I researched their site, found that I could save about $20 by purchasing through them. At first I thought that I would be getting an "almond" handle, rather than the "bisque", but they shipped a perfect GE replacement part for us, and we had it installed in less than 30 minutes.
