Description

This heater assembly is the dryer's main heating element module that restores normal drying performance by producing the hot air needed to dry clothes. It replaces a worn or failed heating module so the dryer can heat effectively. What it does:

• Generates heat for the dryer's tumbling load to dry clothes
• Commonly replaced when the dryer produces little or no heat or takes much longer to dry
• Works with the dryer's thermal-protection and cycling controls to regulate temperature
• May be replaced after element burnout, visible damage, or electrical failure
