Bought the replacement ice bucket and auger assembly, was very easy to install and works great.

Easy fix, a simple replacement. The real story is your company. Ordered the GE Ice Bucket and Auger Assembly on 5/4/15, received item on 5/5/15. Unbelievable!! I give you ten stars on a scale of 1 to 5. As expected, it was a high quality original replacement part. I almost wish that another appliance would breakdown so I could do business with your company again!

I bought whole new ice bin and it it's now the ice is great.

Ordered a complete assembly and also replaced the ice storage door to the ice bucket since the original one had recently broken. The door mounts to the assembly with 4 screws. The whole assembly is readily removable and slips right it. It worked immediately and has for four days now without a hitch. My telephone technician Bill Butler was fabulous. I didn't want to repair the old unit and asked if I could buy a whole new assembly. Bill managed to locate one and you had it in stock (pretty good for a 25 year old frig). Bill made up the order and after I hung up I remembered about the broken door. I called back and asked for and was able to get Bill again. He cancelled the original order and added the door to a new order and had it shipped on the same day (Friday). I got it Monday through ordinary shipping. I was impressed with the whole operation.
