Charles M Quincy , IL July 05, 2016 Ice bucket was broken and 1 shelf was broken Drilled out the rivets on the rear of the bucket shelf on each side (needed an angle drive drill for the left side) and removed the front screws. Installed the new shelf both sides with original screws in the front and 8-32 bolts and nuts in the rear. 3 screws to install the bucket to the auger assembly. Robert F Beaverton , OR March 08, 2017 Ice bucket housing cracked so the auto feed mechanism failed This was a refrigerator in a rental unit I own. The tenant, a 25 year old volunteered to see whether he could do it without my help and later that night called to say all it took was to remove 2 screws, slide the good piece into the new ice bucket an replace the screws that were removed. I'm lucky to have a great tenant, but in any event this worked well, and saved me the expense of a repair call. The website service with excellent photos and cross-referencing made this possible.
