Ge WR30X257 Ice Bucket OEM Part

Drilled out the rivets on the rear of the bucket shelf on each side (needed an angle drive drill for the left side) and removed the front screws. Installed the new shelf both sides with original screws in the front and 8-32 bolts and nuts in the rear. 3 screws to install the bucket to the auger assembly.

I ordered my parts on the phone to make sure I had what I needed, it took me 15 minutes to make sure what I had to do to finish the process....Thank you !!!!

This was a refrigerator in a rental unit I own. The tenant, a 25 year old volunteered to see whether he could do it without my help and later that night called to say all it took was to remove 2 screws, slide the good piece into the new ice bucket an replace the screws that were removed. I'm lucky to have a great tenant, but in any event this worked well, and saved me the expense of a repair call. The website service with excellent photos and cross-referencing made this possible. BTW, I received the part in 2 days.

Replaced it with a new one

Ordered new ice bucket from Appliance Parts Pro they said it would be here in four days . a day later it was delivered . Took three minutes to replace old with the new one . Perfect match .
