Brendan M Hampton , GA July 17, 2015 Right side shelf and ice bucket auger collar were both broken The old ice bucket was realtively easy to remove; there are 6 screws of differing sizes, so keep in mind which screw goes where. Once the old bucket was removed, it was easy to line everything up and replace the screws. The shelf has one screw to be removed and a rivet in the back, which I snapped with a pair of wire cutters. I don't have a rivet gun, so I used a nut and a low-profile screw in it's place. The bottom of the hole where the rivet is supposed to go is obscured by the shelf, so you may have to work with it to get a good fit.
