Ed P Denton , TX December 01, 2016 The ice bucket auger failed Ordered a complete assembly and also replaced the ice storage door to the ice bucket since the original one had recently broken. The door mounts to the assembly with 4 screws. The whole assembly is readily removable and slips right it. It worked immediately and has for four days now without a hitch. My telephone technician Bill Butler was fabulous. I didn't want to repair the old unit and asked if I could buy a whole new assembly. Bill managed to locate one and you had it in stock (pretty good for a 25 year old frig). Bill made up the order and after I hung up I remembered about the broken door. I called back and asked for and was able to get Bill again. He cancelled the original order and added the door to a new order and had it shipped on the same day (Friday). I got it Monday through ordinary shipping. I was impressed with the whole operation.
