Joel G Sidney , IL August 31, 2015 Appliance: General Electric Gas Range JGSP32GEV3BB Stove would not light but broil and the top burners worked You guys saved me 1600+ Dollars!! After some research and testing I found the igniter for my stove was not working. The top burners worked, and the oven worked on broil. After watching the video on your website, I took lower pan and flame spreader out. I then turned on the stove and saw that the igniter was not glowing. I put in the model number for my stove on your website, and ordered a replacement igniter. In 2 days I received the igniter. It Installed with basic hand tools in about 15 minutes. This is a slide in gas range. To buy the same GE profile would have cost me 1600 bucks. To even buy a cheap replacement would cost me a minimum of 1200. You guys saved me a ton!! It pays to do your research and do things yourself sometimes. Read More... 3 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes Tools: Socket Set
