However in this case the particular knob for my stove top was not available. Then I decided to go on this web site and low and behold the knob was available and ordered it. The other thing I found extraordinary was that the knob was at my doorstep the next day. Simply amazing. I pride myself in keeping our appliances in their original condition and in this case you were very helpful indeed. Minor as it may appear but nevertheless it was nice to see the prompt response.
