Description

This top insulating material replaces worn or damaged insulation at the appliance's top to help reduce heat transfer and protect nearby components. It restores the intended thermal barrier and helps maintain safe exterior temperatures. What it does:

• Provides a heat barrier between the oven/range cavity and outer panels to reduce heat loss.
• Protects wiring, control components and exterior surfaces from excessive heat exposure.
• Helps prevent hotspots and can reduce heat-related odors or scorching near the top panel.
• Recommended when insulation is torn, compressed, missing, or shows heat damage.
