Kathy M Asheville , NC July 13, 2014 Ruined insulation in the stove My cleaning guru friend was trying to get the grease from my oven window when (luckily) the door disconnected and we could see the build up of grease and now cleaning solution. It was trashed. We both took a deep breath and went to the internet. The first few posts said to get a new oven (not a happy option). So I began to call around. No one would talk to me because I didn't have a serial number. It is a 1960 model. I had dimensions and ingenuity but no help. I finally found you on line and called. The woman in the phone was helpful, complete, kind, and encouraging. She went out of her way to get me the answers I needed to work this problem. I ordered a piece of insulation, it came within days, cut and installed it and I have a better than ever oven for 15 bucks. I am so grateful for your superb service and product.
