Description

This insulation mullion is the foam insert used in the vertical mullion between refrigerator doors to reduce heat transfer and help keep the cabinet cold. It restores proper thermal insulation to improve efficiency and reduce frost buildup. What it does:

• Fills the vertical mullion cavity to block warm air from entering the cabinet
• Helps maintain consistent internal temperature and reduce compressor runtime
• Can reduce or prevent frost and moisture buildup in the door area when installed correctly
• Supports proper door seal alignment by occupying the mullion space

Install notes:

• Disconnect power to the appliance before starting any repairs
• Remove the mullion trim/panel per manufacturer instructions to access the cavity
