Joanne M Boynton Beach , FL April 04, 2016 The knob on the dryer spun around the eventually came off completely I was going to call a repairman, then I thought it would cost too much, should I just replace the dryer? I looked at the knob, there was a small crack, I Googled dryer parts and came up with AppliancePartsPros.com, found my part and ordered it, hoping for the best. Installed the new knob, and BAM, it was fixed in less than 10 seconds! And for about $24 (including shipping). Dryer works fine, thank you very much! Stephen O Lagrange , IL August 28, 2015 Timing unit no longer responsive Replaced unit. somehow I was not prepared for the number of wires connected to this part. The wires on my old unit were not labeled but it was easy enough to move one wire at a time from the old to the new unit. I am not a real handy guy, but this was easy and doing the work myself probably saved me $100. The repair videos online were super easy to follow. Read More...
