Jeanne M Alton Bay , NH July 28, 2015 Appliance: Model ON LEFT SIDE OF SHELF UNDER THE TOP OF STOVE BURNE Burner knobs and oven thermometer knob broken stove is excellent knobs are not generic Put oven control and checked several temperatures. Oven is precisely accurate . Knobs on front work well but one has an inside piece which keeps falling out. I re-called to get advice on repairing it. Parts came remarkably fast. (2 days) Overall I am happy with the results. Time involved in fixing and checking - about 35 minutes. Service personnel very helpful and polite. This is a great resource. I am happy to have the card and will spread the word to anyone in need of parts for their appliances. Thank you. I have ben trying for 15 years to get a solution for my stove and once I had the contact and the required ID for model of stove, the solution was rapid.
