Thomas R Leesburg , VA November 03, 2018 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator ZISS420DXASS Both led lights in GE monogram side by side refrigerator were out. Since both lights were out, I figured it was not the bulbs. The next thing was the fuse. It was not blown. That left the transformer - which I changed. That fixed the lights. The transformer is in a difficult place under the front of the frig in a metal enclosure but once you get the screws out and disconnect the wires, you can get to the transformer. AppliancePartsPros.com sent the correct part quickly. The customer comments in APP reviews did help me as GE support is difficult to find online. Christopher B Anchorage , AK January 28, 2023 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator ZISS480DXBSS LED panels inoperative GE Monogram ziss480dxbss refrigerator. Replaced the LED Transformer under the fridge with part WR62X26946. The process was simple: remove the bottom panel (2 Philips screws), then remove the second cover under the fridge with six 5/8” sheet metal screws. This panel has a single glass fuse and two small circuit breakers (I believe 10 A) that look like switches. Remove the four corner screws, then loosen the two middle screws. Slide the cover towards you, then it will drop down toward the floor. The wiring may be banded together with a zip tie behind the transformer. rotate the cover 90° clockwise and cut the zip tie. You should then be able to pull the cover out of your way, disconnect the two plugs on the transformer, remove two more 5/8” screws. Swap the parts, and reverse the process. James B Not Hispanic Or Latino , NV January 01, 2022 The refrigerator LED light not working. After finding the location of the LED relay on Youtube. I found it under the refrigerator. I removed the six screws covering the relay BUT the relay is mounted to the bottom of the refrigerator!! So I had to pull side by side out from a hole in the wall and raise the front of the refrigerator with 2X4 block to get room to remove the tin box covering the relay. I was simple once raised up for access and now have all the lights in the refrigerator working! Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes Tools: Socket Set
