Description

This lid lock harness clip secures the lid lock wire harness to the washer cabinet or top. It keeps the wiring routed and protected to help prevent chafing, snagging, and intermittent lid-lock performance issues. What it does / common symptoms:

• Holds the lid lock wire harness in place along the cabinet/top
• Maintains proper routing to avoid pinching or rubbing on moving parts
• Reduces vibration-related wear on the wiring
• Symptoms of a failed/missing clip: loose or dangling harness, scuffed insulation, intermittent lid-lock response

Install notes:

• Disconnect power before servicing
• Access the lid lock wiring path (lift top/remove console as required by your model)
• Release the old clip from the panel and harness; snap the new clip into the mounting hole and secure the harness
• Ensure the harness has adequate slack and is not pinched before restoring power
