Catharine H Waves , NC October 24, 2022 The prongs on bottom dishwasher rack were rusting We ordered a replacement Lower Dishrack KIt which arrived in a very timely manner. I was surprised to see the order included a utensil rack as ours was fine and we had not ordered one. After installing the dishrack, we discovered the old rack was obsolete. It was so nice to realize GE was on top of things in sending the replacement utensil rack instead of me having to order one after the fact. Order new rack came with rollers already attached, glad I didn’t order a set. Took out the old rack and put in the new one. Took no tools Pleased with the new rack.
