Charles J Keller , TX March 06, 2015 Appliance: General Electric Free Standing Microwave JVM1630WB006 Would no longer heat food Printed out and followed the online written instructions and referred to the video several times. For us, it was a two person job to safely support the front of the microwave while removing the two mounting bolts which go through the cabinet from above. After tilting the front down, lifting the back up and off of the wall bracket required both of us. Not overly heavy, just awkward. The replacing of the magnetron and diode went fine, just follow the instructions. There are lots of screws to remove and reinstall but nothing difficult. Replacing the stirrer was a little tricky. To remove the clip, use a screw driver to gently pry the expandable clip straight down, then there are arrows pointing which direction to turn the cover for it to drop down. Do this slowly and the stirrer will just drop down. Of course, simply do everything in reverse to put it all back together and remount.
