Jeffrey M Ridgefield , CT July 13, 2015 Multiple leaks on dishwasher The primary leak was the shaft seal around the main water valve shaft. After 15 years, it had failed. The repair was not difficult, but time consuming, since you should remove the dishwasher and lay it on its back. Holding the shaft out while forcefully applying the push-on nut was the only difficult part of the repair, since the push-on nut is very tight and made of very strong metal. The other repairs were just replacements for worn out seals, sound suppression and tightening the door closure. $50 and a essentially a new dishwasher for years to come.
