Not easy though, none of the buttons worked at first until we realized it had to cycle which we mistook as not working. As soon as it cycled our dishwasher worked fine. John Iler A Fort Mill , SC April 13, 2016 Appliance: Model PWD7380N15SS Dishwasher control panel lite up but would not start I checked all inputs to the control panel and found them good.Replaced control board assembly. Received new part quickly but new control board stay in in test mode. Appliance Parts Pro was going to send another part right away but it wasn't fast enough for my wife. She wanted a new dishwasher. Feel confident that the new control board would have fixed the problem. The dishwasher was eight years old and is easy to repair and maintain. Serve was quick and easy with Appliance Parts Pro.
