The Noise Filter is an OEM part for GE built-in microwave ovens. It is installed inside the unit and functions to reduce electromagnetic interference generated by the microwave. The noise filter works to contain microwave leakage and shield against RF noise that could disrupt other appliances, electronics or wireless signals.
