Description

This nut ferrule is a small compression fitting that secures the refrigerator water line connection to prevent leaks and keep the dispenser/ice maker supplied. It's a direct-replacement hardware piece used where the water tubing meets the inlet fitting. What it does:

• Secures the water tubing to the inlet fitting using a compression seal
• Helps prevent leaks at the water-line connection
• Restores a loose or damaged compression fitting connection
• Commonly replaced when the water line leaks or won't seat properly

Install notes:

• Turn off the appliance water supply before replacing the fitting
