Description

This compressor start device is the overload/PTC relay combo that mounts on the compressor. It delivers the initial start boost and protects against overheating so your refrigerator starts reliably and maintains proper cooling.

• Provides start assistance to the compressor, then disengages once the motor is running
• Integrated overload opens on overcurrent/overheat to protect the compressor
• Common failure symptoms: not cooling, compressor won't start, rapid clicking or buzzing from the rear, intermittent cooling
