Charles T Chagrin Falls , OH November 21, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Gas Range JGB820SEP1SS Burner valve was frozen I went on line to your web site to look for parts. I had first called a repair service but they wanted over $300.00 to fix the problem. After reviewing your site and looking at the video that was there on the site it made it very easy to follow the video and do the repair myself. One slip up when I snapped the orifice holder but with a quick trip back to your site I was back in business. Your delivery time was out of this world. Ordered it on Wed. and it was here the next day. So now I'm back in business and ready for Thanksgiving. Oh and save $250.00 by doing it my self. Thanks for the great service. I will definitly check with you for future repairs. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes Tools: Adjustable Wrench, Nut Drivers, Screwdrivers
