Charles M Marysville , OH January 26, 2016 Some friends gave us their glass top stove when they purchased a new one the range had a broken handle and needed a new door gasket to prevent oven heat leakage plus a good cleaning I removed the door, mostly so we could really clean the all the nooks and cranny's of the stove, and make the handle and gasket replacement easier. Attaching the new handle was not difficult, but did require some minor door dis-assembly. Removing the old gasket and putting on the new gasket was a breeze. The hardest part of the job was putting the door back onto the stove, but we got it done and the stove looks and works great. Patti M Sacramento , CA March 31, 2014 Oven door handle broke I ordered the parts from you. They appeared not to fit so I shipped them back and checked my model number again. I had it wrong. Parts were shipped to my house and appeared to be the same as what I sent back. I called your office and was told that the manufacturer changed the part. I took another look and realized with YOUR HELP that I needed to remove a couple of silly pieces and voila! My oven door handle is working fine and dandy. THANK YOU! You guys rock!
