Your guy was great and the parts were shipped promptly. So there was no "repair!" Simply pulled out the old drawers, and put them in the recycle can! Nw ones slid right into place. I also noticed the new ones had sturdier "stops" at the back edge of the drawers. Suspect this was a common complaint and replacement.
