Terry W Lenexa , KS January 12, 2021 GE refrigerator bottom pan and fruit/vegetable pan shelf were broken. Pan had broken on the side of the handle so could not pull open and the shelf had broken where the roller was attached. Identified correct parts from diagrams available on AppliancePartsPros website. Placed order and parts were shipped the same day. The repair was easy as it was a matter of taking out the old parts as if the refrigerator was being cleaned and putting back the new parts.
