Description

This pan rear seal replaces the worn gasket that seals the back of the refrigerator drain/collector pan to stop water from escaping and reduce leaks under the appliance. It restores a proper watertight fit at the pan rear. What it does:

• Seals the rear edge of the drain/collector pan to direct condensate into the drain system
• Helps prevent water pooling or dripping onto the cabinet or floor
• Reduces moisture that can cause odors or attract pests
• Commonly replaced when original seal is cracked, brittle, or missing

Install notes:

• Disconnect power to the appliance and turn off the water supply before starting
• Remove access panels or the evaporator cover as needed to reach the pan; support components per OEM instructions
• Clean and dry mating surfaces before installing the new seal for best adhesion and fit
