Description

This user interface control board replaces the console electronics that run the appliance's front panel buttons and display, restoring reliable touch and indicator operation for the control panel. What it does:

  • Sends user commands to the main control and receives/display status messages
  • Resolves symptoms like unresponsive buttons, blank or flickering display, or incorrect panel behavior

Ge dryer circuit board caught fire

I ordered a new control board from Appliancepartspros. They had the lowest price on the internet. I selected to upgrade the shipping and the part was there within 3 days. The part worked great and exact fit and OEM equipment. Also, I had to reprogram the controller in order for it to work. It did not come with instructions on how to do that. But I found a piece of paperwork inside the dryer that had the information to reprogram a new controller. So far all is well.
