Description

This OEM part is a washer user interface board assembly. It is the main control board that powers the control functions of the washer. Over time, a washer user interface board assembly can become inoperable after excessive use. If the washer is no longer turning on or the buttons are no longer responsive to touch, then the interface board assembly will need to be replaced. To replace this part, start by shutting off all power to the washer by either unplugging it or turning off the circuit breaker. Once it has been powered off, proceed to remove the control panel of the washer. This can be done using a flathead screwdriver or putty knife. Gently lift on the panel until it is released from its mounting tabs. Once removed, locate the user interface board assembly and unthread the screws that attach it to the control panel.
