James S Florence , KY April 27, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Free Standing Microwave JVM1631BB002 Bracket on door that holds the spring for the latch broke It broke at about 2pm. I got on e-how to see howto fix the door. I disassembled the door and found the problem. I then called the parts store identified the part and ordered the part. I received confirmation of shipment at 5:56 pm. The next morning the part was delivered. I opened the package to be certain I got the right- YES. Then I looked at the clock it said 8:54am. Less than 15 hours after it was shipped. The door was reassembled and working within 24 hours after it broke. Read More...
