Description

Pressure switch that monitors water level and signals the washer control board when to start or stop filling. Replacing a failing pressure switch can help restore correct fill levels and normal cycle operation. What it does:

• Senses air pressure from the tub and tells the control when the correct water level is reached
• Stops the fill valve once the desired level is detected to prevent overfilling
• Can cause underfilling, overfilling, or failure to advance cycles when faulty
• Works with the washer's control system to ensure proper fill and cycle progression
