Valerie L Pensacola Beach , FL July 26, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Dishwasher GLD5950N10CS Rack slide end cap on ge dishwasher top rack was broken and rack would not stop when pulled out Could not find the part locally and had to order from their warehouse. At least a 2 day wait. Part cost was $16.60 plus tax. Decided to research online and was eventually directed to AppliancePartsPros.com. Found the part for 50 cents plus FED X shipping of $6.95. Viewed a video that was offered to assist in the repair. Was most helpful and was able to clip the new part in place in a matter of seconds. Was able to get a refund on my other order and discovered that the part that was ordered was not for my machine but for a Westinghouse. Looked identical to the GE part. Have found a gold mine for ordering future parts. Thanks. Read More... 14 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
