Richard L Webster , NY February 18, 2016 Instructions to replace wd12x10304 (ap4484666) roller bearings I did not see the old ones fall out, so I was not sure the exact product placement within the rail, which was frustrating, to say the least. For the next person's benefit....these slide into the MIDDLE of the rail that is attached to both sides of the dishwasher. Not the front, not the back, but the middle! Steps to fix: 1) Order 2 of these Roller Bearing Cage. 2) Order 4 of WD12X10304 (AP4484666) end caps!! Unless you have brand new ones already, you will need them for sure and they are only .50 each. Please do this now, otherwise you will pay again for shipping like I had to for these items later! Ugh. 3) Remove the front and rear end caps from the removable metal rails. 4) Slide out the top dish drawer. 5) Pull out the 2 removable metal rails (not the ones attached to the sides of the dishwasher) and remove the old plastic and bearings. 6) Scrub off any old soap scum from the metal rails and anywhere possible to clean. 7) Fold the new plastic bearing sides over, be sure to look closely at the old ones since it DOES matter which way these are folded!! 8) Push the new plastic and bearings into place inside the attached rails. 9) Slide the removable metal rails back into place. 10) Put on the READ new end caps. 11) Slide the top dish drawer back into the removable end rails that are already back in the washer. 12) Put the last 2 NEW end caps onto the front of the removable rails (this holds the top drawer on the rails). That's it. Good luck. Its really easy if you follow these steps. :) Read More... 7 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
