Once I realized that it was just the rotating ring piece that was broken I decided to see if I could find the part. Janice B Durham , NC June 27, 2015 Appliance: Model JES1033WB001 Rotating ring would not rotate Took out old part, inserted new part with slight pressure on center of ring. Worked great. Was worried because parts looked pretty much the same with minimal wear on ring, but it would not rotate with glass plate on top -- only without. I guess the plastic just wore out. Read More...
