Description

This rotor position sensor (RPS) module monitors the washer's drive motor position and speed and reports it to the control. Replacing a failing sensor helps restore smooth agitation and dependable spin, reducing stalls and early cycle stops.

• Detects the motor rotor's position/speed so the control can start, reverse, and ramp the motor correctly
• Typical symptoms include no spin or agitation, motor starts then stops, or the cycle ends early
