No heat in heat pump mode fam motor getting sluggish

Replaced defective reversing valve coil and replaced thermostatic drain valve, replacing outdoor fam motor and mounting screws, figured I better change them since rust has a good hold on them. Everything fine now but will replace the screws once they come. You guys always came through for me.
