Louis B Doral , FL August 17, 2017 The valve for one burner was jammed in the open position the gas main had to be turned off The screws ordered were the wrong type (I removed machine threads, the replacements were self threading) Not a problem. The screws fixing the burners to the top plate were badly rusted and the heads had to be drilled off. The remaining part of the screws had to be drilled out which meant that the self threading screws could then be used. Changing the valve was straight forward. No hitches whatsoever. The job took about eight hours over three days. Louis Trinidad Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 2+ hours Tools: Nut Drivers, Pliers, Screwdrivers
