Emily N Houma , LA April 25, 2020 Appliance: Model GE MODEL #JTP13GV2BB Oven door handle broke off of door. Lifted door away from the oven. Removed side screws took back the glass section off. Undid both end bracket screws. Replaced new handle end caps. Rescrewed screws, put back glass, recrewed side panels, and hooked door to the oven and we had it all back together. Read More... A very nice woman, Mrs. Rymer, replied with a link to the exact screws, handle and exploded diagram I needed. Ordered the parts, received them and fixed the issue in one evening.
