In a nutshell, I do not know if the price I paid for the item was competitive, but the representative I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable; helped me locate the part I needed immediately; and completed the entire transaction in which seemed like 60 seconds. The part arrived 2 days later and was EXACTLY what I needed and a PERFECT match to the other shelves in my refrigerator (which is what the representative PROMISED). If I ever need a more parts for any appliances, I plan on coming straight back to this company!!!! Removed old rollers and snapped new rollers in place, it was nice to see the video first to make sure the parts you order were correct.
