Brent P College Station , TX February 09, 2024 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator GTS18GTHJRWW One of the refrigerator snack tray rails was broken. We have always wanted to add another tray so I also ordered another set of rails and a new tray Literally only one screw holds the tray rails in place. I unscrewed the broken one, slid it out of the brackets, slid the new one in and put the set screw back in and tightened it. Since I also ordered another tray and two rails to have an extra tray in the fridge, I followed the same process. Slid both rails into the shelf brackets, one screw in each and installed the new tray. Altogether it took more time to unwrap the box than install everything. product fit perfectly.
